Toromont Cat is looking to hire individuals with a passion for growth within the Construction Industry experience to join our team as an intern.
As an intern at Toromont Cat you will be working with “on-the-job” assignments to develop your knowledge of our products, customers, systems and business programs. As a Trainee at Toromont Cat, you will have a dedicated mentor to guide and support your development and you will also participate in various training sessions and events to support your leadership development at Toromont.
*Please note that this position is a four (4) month contract.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Post-Secondary education in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or Engineering
- Knowledge & Experience - Strong Data analysis, data verification, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in industry standard querying tool PowerBI, SAS, R, Python, etc.
- Strong technical knowledge in data mining and reporting tools
- Experience with database concepts and SQL skills on Databases like Oracle, SQL server
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements
Applicants must be currently enrolled in post-secondary studies in mathematics, statistics, computer science, data analytics, business analytics, or engineering.
