We are seeking a Warehouse Core Handler for our Concord Head Office Branch. Responsible for processing returned cores by receiving worn cores from branches and preparing them for shipment back to Caterpillar. This includes sorting cores based on inspection lines, casing them, assigning them within the company system, preparing shipment documentation such as BOL and EPA forms, and loading trailers or flatbeds.

In a typical day, YOU will:
- The main day-to-day tasks involve packaging and shipping cores to Caterpillar. This includes assigning cores in DBS/TCMS and preparing the necessary shipment and customs documentation. Also processing and staging TR Exchange cores and processing core shipments to the Bradford facility on demand.
- Other parts warehouse duties may be required as deemed necessary, including processing shop and customer orders and returns, stock order receipt and processing, picking and delivery of parts to internal and external customers, processing incoming and outgoing freight and stock transfers.
- Occasionally inspect cores from internal and external customers.
- Maintain core bank entitlement inventory while monitoring unassigned cores.
- Monitor send-it-back (SIB) requests and warranty cores to ensure they are actioned in a timely manner.
- Investigate and resolve core disputes with Caterpillar, branches and customers.
Must-haves for this role:
- High School or Equivalent
- Lift truck license
- RF handheld device
- Computer literate – emails, navigate web site (TCMS)
