Communicate with cross-departmental stakeholders to promote the effective use of analytics in day-to-day decision-making.
Prepare engineering, technical, and business reports, studies, analyses, tests, and evaluations.
Contribute to the implementation of corporate goals, objectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge of power systems, electrical distribution systems, and related computer applications is considered an asset.
Self-motivated and able to operate with a high degree of independence while identifying opportunities for change and continuous process improvement.
Demonstrated aptitude and experience in adapting to, managing, and facilitating change, including a willingness to challenge the status quo.
Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
Proven analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-focused, with a commitment to service quality, accountability, and stakeholder support.
Demonstrated knowledge of relevant safety and environmental legislation, regulations, and practices.
