The Role
We're looking for an organized, calm-under-pressure Team Manager to run the squad's logistics and operations for the tournament. You'll be the link between players, coaching staff, franchise management and league officials, so the team can focus on cricket.

- Track player paperwork: agreements, ID documents, photos and league registration
- Organize kit, equipment and team apparel
- Build the tournament schedule for travel, training, matches and meetings
During the tournament
- Manage daily team logistics: transport, meals, training bookings and match-day timings
- Act as the main point of contact with league officials and match management
- Submit team sheets and league documentation on time
- Handle player welfare, discipline and any issues that come up on the road
- Support media, sponsor and fan engagement commitments
After the tournament
- Coordinate departures and return travel
- Return kit and equipment and reconcile expenses
- Deliver a season report to franchise management
Reporting
You'll report to the CEO and franchise owner and work closely with the head coach and coaching staff.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a team manager, operations lead or logistics coordinator in cricket or professional sport
- Knowledge of T20 franchise cricket and Caribbean tournament conditions
- Strong organization skills and the ability to manage many moving parts on tight timelines
- Clear, professional communication with players, staff and officials
- Ability to travel to and be based in Saint Vincent for the full tournament
- Valid passport and freedom to travel
- Nice to have: performance analysis, cricket administration or player-management experience
Engagement
- Short-term contract covering the tournament period plus preparation
- Compensation: TBD
- Start: immediately
How to Apply
Send your CV and a short note about your cricket operations experience to mudasserakbar@gmail.com, or apply through LinkedIn. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis because the tournament starts soon.
