Prepare tender packages and contract documentation using Master Municipal Construction Documents (MMCD).
Manage project schedules, budgets and invoicing.
Provide contract administration and oversee project delivery in accordance with MMCD requirements.
Support civil infrastructure design involving sewer, watermain, roads, grading and stormwater management.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, municipalities and multidisciplinary project stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

Approximately 5–10 years of professional civil engineering experience, with a focus on local municipal engineering and/or land development.
Eligible for registration with Engineers and Geoscientists BC as a P.Eng. or P.L.Eng.
Strong civil design experience across sewer, watermain, roads, grading and stormwater management.
Experience with project management, cost estimating, schedules, budgets and invoicing.
Strong experience preparing design, tender and contract specifications, particularly using MMCD.
Detailed understanding of civil construction and project execution.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong communication, organization and prioritization skills.
Valid BC Driver's Licence.
