Reporting and analysis

  • Prepare monthly results and variance analysis for Service and Rentals, including revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and key balance sheet accounts.
  • Investigate trends and exceptions with operational leaders and provide clear commentary to the Controller.
  • Support forecasts, budgets, and key performance reporting for the two businesses.
  • Identify recurring accounting or process issues and help implement practical improvements.

  • Strong Excel skills and experience working with an ERP system; Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is an asset.
  • Ability to investigate discrepancies, maintain clear supporting schedules, and meet close deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both Finance and Operations.
