Perform repairs, parts run, and preventative maintenance.

The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will have:

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Education related to building maintenance or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience in building maintenance is strongly preferred.
Have at least one (1) year of experience in a similar environment with strong knowledge of maintenance processes.
Excellent communication skills, high level of accuracy, and attention to detail.
Physically capable of turning, stooping, bending, stretching, pushing/pulling, moving equipment and furniture, and able to lift up to 75 pounds.
Be able to read, write, and speak English.
Willing to learn CPR/First Aid certification.
Be able to complete and follow the Touchmark Vehicle Safety Program.
Be able to work both inside and outside year-round.
Be physically fit and able to stand and walk for long periods of time and be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Benefits:

Touchmark is dedicated to providing the best for our residents, and it all begins with providing the best for our employees. That’s why we offer a competitive compensation and benefits package to our full-time team members which includes:

RRSP matching program
Paid time off (including holidays)
Health, dental, and vision insurance plans for employees and eligible dependents
Bonus and retirement plans

We are looking to hire individuals whose values align with ours and who believe in doing everything they can to lead by example in safety, compassion, and empathy. If that sounds like you, we encourage you to apply.
