Straight Shift Timing on Afternoon Shift (4:30PM-1:00 AM) but may be required to change shifts in order to accommodate production requirements.

Compensation And Benefits
- Starting wages of $21.63/hr
- Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
- Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)
- Company Paid time off: Up to 10 Days + 5 Float Days to start, 15 Days + 5 Float Days (1st full year)

- Unload product & empty returnables from trucks
- Load trucks with product and empty returnables
- Ability to meet shipment window times
- Verify correct product is loaded on truck in the proper sequence
- Complete shipping paperwork with drivers
- Notify leader tech or supervisor with any concerns when loading shipments
- Must be able to operate lift truck in a safe manner
- Lead and maintain 5S condition in the warehouse
- All of the above duties must be performed within Health and Safety guidelines
- Other duties as requested

Responsibilities
Unload products and returnables from incoming trucks, and load outgoing shipments in the correct sequence while meeting shipment windows. Complete shipping paperwork, operate a lift truck safely, maintain warehouse 5S standards, and report shipment concerns to a leader, technician, or supervisor.
Requirements
A high school diploma or GED is preferred, or applicants may complete an aptitude test. The role requires the ability to bend, reach, and lift, and to operate a lift truck safely while following health and safety guidelines.
