About the job

We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Digital Ads Sales Representative to accelerate growth across key mid-market and enterprise accounts for an industry-leading AI platform. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing strategic new business opportunities through both inbound leads and targeted outbound prospecting. The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-driven seller with deep digital marketing acumen, a proven enterprise track record, and a passion for consultative solution selling. Curiosity, commercial drive, and a customer-first mindset are essential to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (may perform other duties as requested not specifically addressed in this document)

Identify and engage potential clients through inbound & outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, social selling)
Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline
Conduct needs analysis and present AI advertising solutions tailored to client goals
Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
Achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets
Maintain accurate tracking of all sales activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and customer success handover
Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions when applicable
Focus on targeting and serving mid to large enterprise business accounts

Job Requirements:

Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, Ads ecosystem, advanced client knowledge)
Experience in pre-sales/lead qualification
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience
Strong communication skills, including C-level interaction
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools
Experience in outbound sales and cold calling
Self-prospecting capabilities
Revenue/target-driven mindset
Experience managing or using databases
Experience selling to or working with enterprise or mid-size business accounts

Preferred Qualifications

Schedule

Fixed schedule Monday to Friday, 9 hrs shift from 9 AM to 6 PM.
