Customer Account Manager
Surrey, BC | On-site
$75,000 annually + bonus
Are you great at building customer relationships and keeping complex projects moving? TPD is partnering with a manufacturer of custom displays, fixtures, and décor solutions for grocery and retail environments to hire a Customer Account Manager.
In this role, you’ll manage key customer accounts and coordinate projects from initial requirements through design, order processing, and production. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining customer service, technical problem-solving, and project coordination.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Manage key customer relationships, serving as the main contact for project requirements, orders, and updates
- Interpret floor plans and blueprints to coordinate custom retail layouts and display solutions
- Partner with Design and Production to ensure layouts meet customer needs and manufacturing requirements
- Review drawing packages, order details, pricing, and revisions for accuracy
- Coordinate timelines and resolve issues affecting delivery, customer satisfaction, and project margins
- Guide Customer Service Coordinators and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Experience in customer account management, project coordination, or a related role
- Strong communication skills and confidence making decisions and resolving customer concerns
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and floor plans
- Proficiency in Excel and experience navigating ERP or order management systems
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar layout and design software
- Experience in manufacturing, retail fixtures, displays, or made-to-order environments is an asset
