TracksVR is looking for a motivated, driven, reliable, outgoing and personable team member to help host our customers at our high-end racing simulator venue. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, understands customer service excellence, has an interest in motorsports, and is comfortable in a fast paced, customer focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and guide them through their racing simulator experience
- Explain how the simulators work and assist customers during sessions
- Provide basic race coaching and tips to improve lap times
- Help operate the shop during busy periods and events
- Sell racing merchandise and memorabilia
- Interact with customers before, during, and after their sessions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment
- Enhancing the customer experience
Requirements
- Strong people skills and customer service experience
- Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality
- Able to work weekends and flexible daytime/evening hours
- Comfortable working under pressure in busy environments
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative
- Interest and passion in any kind of motorsports
- Sales experience
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or events
