Build and develop the team that helps customers turn technology into everyday value across the Americas.

At Trackunit, our IrisX industry cloud platform unlocks insights, benchmarks, and innovation through connected construction data. As Solution Delivery Manager for AME, you’ll lead the regional team helping customers successfully implement and adopt Manager and IrisX.

This role combines people leadership, technical delivery, and customer engagement. You’ll develop engineers, shape delivery practices, and work across Trackunit to ensure customer projects translate into solutions that are used and deliver measurable results.

You’ll shape the Solution Delivery team in AME, helping hire, coach, and develop engineers with different strengths. You’ll create an environment where people can take ownership, share knowledge, and grow their technical and customer-facing skills.

Ownership of regional delivery
You’ll guide how Solution Delivery operates across the Americas, from planning customer engagements to ensuring successful implementation and adoption. You’ll have room to improve how the team works and connect regional priorities with our global delivery approach.

Leadership close to technology and customers
You’ll stay connected to technical work across platform configuration, APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and analytics. Working with engineers and customers, you’ll help navigate complex implementations and turn technical possibilities into practical outcomes.

Collaboration across Trackunit
You’ll partner with Commercial, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, IoT Services, Product, and Engineering. These relationships give you the opportunity to connect customer needs with platform capabilities and help teams deliver a coordinated customer experience.

What you’ll work on

Team leadership and development
Build, lead, and coach the AME Solution Delivery team. Support hiring, development, and performance, and match customer engagements with the team’s skills and capacity.

Regional delivery planning and execution
Translate the global Solution Delivery strategy into regional practice. Set priorities, coordinate resources, and guide engagements through clear scopes, responsibilities, and handovers.

Customer value and adoption
Help customers embed Manager and IrisX into their systems and workflows. Keep the team focused on successful onboarding, sustained use, and measurable customer value.

Technical guidance and escalation support
Support engineers through complex implementations involving integrations, data migrations, reporting, and new platform capabilities. Help resolve delivery challenges and make decisions that balance customer needs, quality, security, and scalability.

Delivery performance and improvement
Maintain visibility into the engagement pipeline, capacity, and delivery progress. Use measures such as time-to-value, adoption, and customer satisfaction to identify where the team can improve.

Cross-functional collaboration
Establish clear ownership across customer-facing and technical teams. Coordinate dependencies, manage escalations, and help customers experience a connected delivery journey.

Knowledge sharing and platform feedback
Turn delivery experience into reusable tools, templates, and implementation practices. Bring recurring customer needs and technical challenges into conversations with Product and Engineering.

Bring your leadership perspective

There are different paths into Solution Delivery leadership. Your background might include solution engineering, technical consulting, software or data delivery, or leading teams through customer implementations.

We’re interested in how you develop people, bring clarity to complex work, and connect technical delivery with customer outcomes. You’ll have room to bring your own perspective while learning from colleagues across regions and disciplines.
