Wiring & Conduit: Measure, cut, bend, thread, and install conduit and tubing. Pull wire through conduits and into boxes. Master the installation of armored cable (AC/BX) and non-metallic sheathed cable (NMD).

Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work meets the latest edition of the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC) and provincial amendments. Maintain strict adherence to Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) and Arc Flash safety protocols.

Mentorship: If certified, supervise and sign off on the hours of junior apprentices. If finishing requirements, work with our Journeypersons to master Major Work Activities (MWAs) like motor control centers and complex three-phase systems.

Physical Stamina: Ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and stand for long periods. Ability to lift up to 25kg.
