The Delivery Driver is to provide prompt and courteous pickup and delivery service while maintaining excellent customer service.
What You Will Be Doing
- Ensure prompt and courteous service on pickups and deliveries
- Inspect and load product; assisting with minor hook-ups if required
- Report damages, errors or actions requiring follow up attention
- Ensure all safety processes and procedures are adhered to
- Clear a security check
- Clear a physical fitness assessment
- Provide a valid Class 5 drivers license and acceptable drivers abstract (our insurance says you have to)
- Meet the eligibility requirements of our insurance policy
- Have the ability to safely maneuver merchandise more than 100lbs (our products are heavy)
- Have a professional appearance
- Enjoy working within a diverse team
- Communicate with internal and external contacts with tact, courtesy, and respect

Responsibilities
Provide prompt, courteous pickup and delivery service while maintaining excellent customer service. Inspect and load products, assist with minor hookups when needed, report damages or errors requiring follow-up, and follow all safety procedures.
Requirements
Applicants must pass a security check and physical fitness assessment, hold a valid Class 5 driver's license with an acceptable driving record, and meet the insurer's eligibility requirements. They must be able to safely maneuver merchandise weighing more than 100 pounds, maintain a professional appearance, work well with a diverse team, and communicate respectfully.
