Training & Facilitation Responsibilities

The successful candidate must also be an effective instructor.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering virtual and in-person AI training
  • Facilitating technical workshops and bootcamps

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot
  • Experience building workflows using Power Automate
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Foundry and Microsoft's enterprise AI architecture

Experience working with enterprise clients, consulting organizations, financial institutions, government organizations, or other regulated industries is also beneficial.

What We Are Looking For

We are particularly interested in candidates who are builders as well as trainers.

The right candidate should be equally comfortable opening Copilot Studio and building an agent, connecting that agent to Power Automate and enterprise data, troubleshooting why something is not working, and then standing in front of a room and teaching others how to build it themselves.

This is not solely a Microsoft 365 productivity training position. It is a technical AI training role focused on helping organizations move from using Copilot to building AI agents, automations, applications, and enterprise AI solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.
