About Trajekt Sports
Trajekt Sports builds advanced baseball training technology that combines high-fidelity robotics, aerodynamic data science, and software engineering. Its flagship product, the Trajekt Arc, is a pitch-replication robot that recreates a MLB pitcher's exact pitch delivery for a fully immersive training experience. This allows hitters to practice against realistic, data-driven game scenarios before ever stepping onto the field. We are currently scaling an advanced fleet of these robotic pitching machines for professional MLB teams, collegiate programs, and international leagues.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain feature development of application and back-end integration
- Enhance overall platform reliability, observability, and scalability
- Diagnose and resolve intricate production issues, frequently in real-time coordination with field operations teams
- Contribute to product roadmap development to help with sizing and prioritization
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, and other related web technologies
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Experience with back-end frameworks such as Node.js, Express, or Django
- Strong proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience deploying and operating services in cloud environments
- Understanding of Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and distributed systems
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Preferred/Bonus Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience operating within early-stage startups or rapidly scaling organizations
- Experience developing real-time software or integrating with hardware-adjacent systems
- A professional interest in athletic performance technology
