Trampoline is looking for a Media Associate to join our growing Media team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across research, planning, buying, campaign execution, optimization, and reporting while working on an exciting mix of local, regional, and national clients.

About the Role

As part of the Media team, reporting to the Media Director, you will support the planning, coordination, execution, optimization, and reporting of integrated advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels. You'll gain exposure to every stage of the media process, from audience research and media planning to campaign execution, performance monitoring, and reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

Support the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated media campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Conduct audience, market, and competitive research to inform media recommendations and strategies.
Assist in the implementation and management of campaigns across a variety of advertising platforms, including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic channels.
Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and help ensure campaigns are meeting client objectives.
Analyze campaign data and develop reports that communicate performance, insights, and recommendations.
Coordinate media deliverables, campaign assets, timelines, and documentation with internal teams and external partners.
Build strong working relationships with clients, media vendors, and platform representatives.
Collaborate across departments to support integrated marketing and advertising initiatives.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Post-secondary education in marketing, advertising, business, communications, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in media, advertising, marketing, or campaign management; agency experience is considered an asset
Familiarity with digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, or similar tools
Working knowledge of Google Analytics and digital campaign measurement principles
Familiarity with programmatic advertising platforms, DSPs and trading desks is considered an asset
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and develop actionable recommendations
Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Ability to build positive working relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to evolving media technologies and industry trends
