Act as Project Manager for small turnkey service projects.
Partner with other departments to improve processes and resolve technical issues.
Ensure the quality of work performed by team technicians.
Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, and help ensure company vehicles remain in good condition through truck audits.
Support field technicians in the execution of mechanical and electrical work.
Serve as a direct point of contact for customers, respond to requests and special inquiries, and support team members with customer equipment repair needs.
Ensure compliance with internal documentation procedures and maintain accurate records.
Help structure and organize the team’s work, including service reports, expense reports, vehicle maintenance tracking, invoice copy submission and timesheet entry.
Support team members in the use of various technology tools such as XOi, Salesforce, Quick Quote, RMS, WebCATS and ComfortSite.
Provide recommendations to the Service Director regarding team member performance.
Be available to work overtime and/or weekends, as required.
Travel may be required, including occasional overnight stays.
