Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source candidates through Indeed, online platforms, recruitment agencies, referrals and other channels.
Conduct preliminary interviews, assess qualifications and coordinate interviews with management.
Maintain an active candidate pipeline and follow up with applicants throughout the hiring process.
Work closely with department managers to anticipate staffing needs and prioritize urgent vacancies.
Coordinate new employee onboarding, orientation and required documentation.
Maintain accurate recruitment records, employee files and HR databases.
Assist with benefits administration, employee relations and HR policy implementation.
Support management with employee performance matters and general HR initiatives.

Strong interviewing, candidate assessment and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and meet recruitment deadlines.
