Role: Software Engineer, Full Stack

Looking for Full Stack Engineer excited to work with Exciting High Growth Startup
- Design and ship production AI agents used by enterprise customers
- Build full-stack systems using Go and Python
- Design data models, schemas, APIs, workflows, and evaluation systems
- Own projects end-to-end - from discovery and development through launch and ongoing improvements
- Work directly with enterprise customers to understand complex business processes
- Build integrations with platforms such as SAP, ServiceNow, Workday, Teams, and Slack
- Turn successful customer solutions into reusable product capabilities, connectors, and agent tooling
- Collaborate closely with product and platform engineering teams
Qualification:
- 6+ years of experience building and scaling production software
- Strong backend engineering fundamentals and experience with Python and/or Go
- Full-stack development experience
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data modeling, APIs, and distributed systems
- Ability to solve ambiguous problems and operate with high ownership
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working directly with enterprise customers
Nice To have
- Experience building or deploying LLM/GenAI systems in production
- Experience with AI agents, RAG, MCP, or prompt engineering
- Experience with enterprise integrations, authentication, HRIS, ITSM, or ERP platforms
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS or distributed systems
- Experience working in a startup, founding engineer, or high-growth environment

Responsibilities
Design, build, and ship production AI agents and full-stack systems using Go and Python, including data models, APIs, workflows, and evaluation systems.
