Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with military members, veterans, or first responders.
  • Training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) or Internal Family Systems (IFS).
  • Advanced training or certification in trauma therapy, grief therapy, or traumatic loss.
  • Experience treating PTSD, complex trauma, operational stress injuries, or cumulative trauma.
  • Experience developing and maintaining an independent private practice.

The Ideal Associate

We're seeking someone who is:

  • Clinically experienced, compassionate, and confident in their skills.
  • Motivated to develop and maintain a sustainable private practice.
  • Committed to continued learning and expanding their clinical expertise.
  • Independent in their practice while valuing professional connection and collaboration.
  • Interested in contributing to a positive, engaged, and supportive clinical community.
