Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintains communication within production team member ensuring smooth shift transitions, etc.

· Monitors raw materials, supplies to ensure efficient production

· Determine acceptable quality ranges on packaging

· Coordinate communication between palletizing and Filler operations

· Safe and efficient operation of all downstream equipment

· Knowledge and execution of any downstream job tasks as the business requires

Requirements:

· Post secondary or equivalent experience required

· 2 - 3 years manufacturing related experience

· Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

· Knowledge of good manufacturing practices

· Fluency in English both oral and written

Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on the night shift, which operates from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am Monday through Sunday. The hourly rate for the role is $22.34 with a night shift premium of $1

Responsibilities

The Distribution Equipment Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of downstream production equipment. They must also coordinate communication between palletizing and filler operations while monitoring raw materials to ensure smooth production flow.

Requirements

Candidates must have post-secondary education or equivalent experience along with 2-3 years of manufacturing experience. Proficiency in English and knowledge of good manufacturing practices are required for this role.
