Collaborate with the leaders of other business units to ensure smooth coordination across the facility.

A university degree in Engineering or Business Management, combined with relevant manufacturing management experience, is preferred.
Experience in furniture or bedding manufacturing is considered an asset.
Familiarity with polyurethane chemical formulation is considered an asset.

Strong inventory and production management skills.
Strong thought leadership, with the ability to independently take calculated risks.
A well-developed sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
Excellent communication skills for working with vendors, customers, internal departments, and cross-functional teams.
A highly motivated, energetic, and positive leadership style.
A detail-oriented, analytical approach and the ability to operate with a sense of urgency.
