About the Role

TRG Staffing Solutions is looking for a reliable, organized, and people-focused Onsite Coordinator to support our high-volume industrial and warehouse clients across Mississauga and Brampton.

This is a fully onsite position. The successful candidate will be required to report directly to the assigned client site every working day and work closely with both the client’s operations team and TRG associates.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment where priorities can change quickly and strong communication, organization, and follow-through are essential.

How You Will Contribute

As an Onsite Coordinator, you will be the day-to-day onsite representative for TRG Staffing Solutions at the client location and a key point of contact for our associates and client operations team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Report to and work from the assigned client site every scheduled working day
Maintain a visible presence on the warehouse floor and regularly connect with associates and client supervisors
Coordinate daily associate attendance, check-ins, and shift coverage
Track call-outs, late arrivals, no-shows, early departures, and other attendance exceptions
Support last-minute staffing requirements and coordinate replacements when required
Communicate shift updates, cancellations, scheduling changes, and operational instructions to associates
Conduct associate orientations and reinforce site expectations, policies, PPE requirements, and safety procedures
Provide ongoing support to associates throughout their assignments
Address associate questions, attendance concerns, and workplace issues, escalating when necessary
Partner with the recruitment team regarding hiring needs, replacements, and upcoming staffing requirements
Assist with employee relations matters, coaching, documentation, performance concerns, and assignment-related issues
Support workplace incident reporting and ensure incidents are communicated and documented promptly
Maintain regular communication with client supervisors and operations teams regarding workforce needs and associate performance
Help ensure associates follow client policies, attendance expectations, safety requirements, and workplace standards
Maintain accurate attendance, scheduling, and workforce records
Prepare daily and weekly staffing reports as required
Support additional onsite workforce and administrative responsibilities based on operational needs

What We Are Looking For

Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, workforce coordination, HR, customer service, or a similar role is preferred
Experience supporting warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or other high-volume environments is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working directly from a client warehouse/distribution environment every day
Comfortable handling employee concerns professionally and confidentially
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage changing priorities and respond quickly to operational needs
Ability to work independently while representing TRG professionally at the client site
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
Reliable transportation and flexibility to support client locations within Mississauga and Brampton as required
