As we continue to expand our service offerings and national capabilities, we are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial leader to build and scale our Capital Projects & Technical Services practice.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this executive leadership role will be responsible for driving growth, developing strategic client relationships, leading complex capital initiatives, and establishing a scalable service platform that delivers exceptional value to communities and property owners across Canada.
This is a unique opportunity to shape a growing business line with executive sponsorship, a significant managed portfolio, and a clear mandate for growth.

What You'll Lead

  • Business development across Tribe's portfolio and external markets
  • Executive relationships with condominium boards, strata councils, developers, asset managers, and institutional stakeholders
  • Capital planning, technical advisory services, and building renewal initiatives
  • Delivery oversight for major capital projects, including building envelope, roofing, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, parkade, elevator, life safety, and sustainability projects
  • Development of service offerings, operating standards, and scalable business processes
  • Leadership and growth of a high-performing technical and project delivery team

What You'll Bring
  • 12+ years of leadership experience in capital projects, engineering, construction, technical services, facilities, or asset management
  • Demonstrated success growing a professional services, consulting, construction, or project management business
  • Proven ability to develop client relationships, generate opportunities, and lead complex engagements
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and executive presence
  • Experience leading large-scale capital projects and multidisciplinary teams
  • Expertise in procurement, contract administration, project controls, and risk management
A degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Professional designations such as P.Eng., PMP, OAA, PQS, LEED, CFM, or Gold Seal are considered assets.

Why Tribe
This is an opportunity to build something meaningful.

You'll join a growing organization that is investing in innovation, expanding its service offerings, and creating new ways to support the communities we serve. With executive support, access to a substantial portfolio, and the ability to influence strategy and growth, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of this business.

For a leader who thrives on growth, relationships, and creating lasting impact, this is a rare opportunity to build and lead something significant.
