Role Overview

We are looking for an Ad Success Representative with strong hands-on Programmatic Campaign Management experience and proven Client-Facing experience.

The role combines Programmatic Campaign Management, Client Success, Account Management, and Ad Operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing campaigns independently while working directly with clients to understand requirements, communicate performance, resolve issues, and provide optimization recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end programmatic advertising campaigns, including setup, trafficking, launch, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
Work with DSPs/SSPs and manage campaign targeting, pacing, bids, budgets, and inventory.
Handle deal creation, campaign setup, and optimization.
Act as a client-facing point of contact for advertisers/clients and ensure a positive client experience.
Understand client objectives and translate them into effective campaign execution.
Provide clients with campaign performance updates, insights, and optimization recommendations.
Work closely with internal Ad Operations and other teams to troubleshoot campaign and delivery issues.
Manage multiple campaigns/accounts while ensuring accurate and timely execution.
Prepare campaign reports and analyze performance using Excel and other reporting tools.

Required Skills & Experience

3–5 years of experience in Programmatic/Digital Advertising.
Strong hands-on Programmatic Campaign Management experience.
Experience with campaign trafficking, launch, monitoring, and optimization.
Working knowledge of DSPs and SSPs.
Experience with deal creation and optimization.
Proven Client-Facing / Advertiser-Facing experience is mandatory.
Strong understanding of CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA and other digital advertising metrics.
Good Excel skills with the ability to analyze campaign performance.
Strong communication, client-management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns/accounts.

Good to Have

Google Ads experience.
Digital media planning experience.
Experience managing multiple advertisers or client accounts.
Experience in an AdTech, agency, publisher, or digital advertising environment.
