We are seeking an experienced Industrial Security Manager / Project Manager with a valid Secret security clearance to lead complex real property construction projects. The successful candidate must hold a PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM qualification, or recognized project management certification/degree. Within the last 10 years, candidates must demonstrate experience managing domestic and international real property construction projects valued over $5 million, including leading teams of at least 10 staff from project inception through closeout. Candidates must also have at least five years of real property project planning experience, five years of real property project management experience, and 12 months of experience using dedicated project management software. A master's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or Planning is also required.
Responsibilities include defining project scope and requirements, preparing statements of work, project charters, feasibility studies, schedules, and work breakdown structures, and coordinating project teams, stakeholders, consultants, architects, engineers, and contractors. The resource will oversee budgets, cost tracking, procurement and RFP activities, design changes, risks, issues, progress reporting, payment recommendations, site meetings, inspections, acceptance reviews, deficiency resolution, and project closeout. The role also involves producing management reports, maintaining project documentation, monitoring milestones and performance, supporting office relocations or reconfigurations, and preparing lessons learned and final acceptance documentation.
