Coordinate user enablement materials, including job aids, quick reference guides, process documentation, role-based learning content, FAQs, and support resources that help users apply new processes and systems effectively.
Enable super users, change champions, people managers, and leaders with coaching materials, talking points, readiness guidance, practice sessions, and adoption support tools.
Monitor training completion, user readiness, adoption feedback, and post-go-live support themes; coordinate refresher training and targeted support to reinforce adoption and close gaps.

Project Coordination, Documentation, and Continuous Improvement

Maintain core change deliverables, including stakeholder maps, impact assessments, communication plans, training plans, readiness trackers, ADKAR/adoption metrics, resistance logs, and lessons learned.
Integrate change activities with the project plan by managing timelines, dependencies, risks, actions, and deliverables with project managers and workstream leads.
