Design and implement custom objects, fields, page layouts, Flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards to support evolving business processes.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that improve productivity and user experience.
Manage CRM data quality through deduplication, imports, exports, ongoing data hygiene, and governance initiatives.
Execute Salesforce releases, sandbox deployments, testing, and system upgrades to ensure platform stability and continuous improvement.
Develop user documentation, deliver training, and drive Salesforce adoption across the organization.
Build reports and dashboards that provide actionable business insights to Sales and Marketing leadership.
Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems while maintaining compliance with security and data governance standards.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience administering Salesforce, including hands-on configuration of Sales Cloud or Service Cloud in a multi-user business environment.
Salesforce Certified Administrator certification or the ability to obtain certification within six months of hire.
Experience using Salesforce data management tools (such as Data Loader or Import Wizard) and developing reports and dashboards.
Proven experience translating business requirements into Salesforce configurations that improve user adoption and business processes.
Experience supporting cross-functional business stakeholders and end users within a CRM environment.

Trojan Technologies is proud to be part of the Water Quality segment of Veralto (NYSE: VLTO), a $5B global leader dedicated to ensuring access to clean water, safe food and medicine, and trusted essential goods.
