To support this momentum, TRS Staffing Solutions, a subsidiary of Fluor Corporation, is looking for an experienced Construction Recruiter to help connect exceptional talent with some of Canada's most significant capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients, understanding hiring needs and market trends.
• Source and attract top talent through ATS, social media, job boards, and creative outreach.
• Develop talent pipelines across multiple engineering and technical disciplines.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for a variety of roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to recommend qualified applicants.
• Support the full recruitment lifecycle including posting, screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
• Organize and prioritize multiple high‑volume requisitions effectively.
• Contribute to market research and business development activities.
• Handle additional recruiting duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree Required
• A minimum of 3–5 years of agency recruiting experience in the engineering, procurement and construction sectors
• Strong experience with ATS, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced hybrid environment
• Experience with high‑volume technical hiring is a must
