We are looking for great people to come join our Team!
Truck Zone has an opportunity for a highly motivated B620 Inspector/Welder to join our team. Our new Team member would be performing skilled tasks in production welding, service & repair welding, prototype building, and fitter welding. They would fabricate custom prototypes from supplied drawings, fabricate custom jigs and fixtures to produce production parts that meet customer specifications, as well as fabricate metal structures using jigs and fixtures in a high paced production environment. The ideal candidate is someone who has strong knowledge and skill in operating all metalworking machinery, is committed to safety, excellence, teamwork, providing solutions and adaptability.

Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. and be able to maintain different positions/apply repetitive actions (squatting, kneeling, standing, sitting, pushing/pulling, etc.) as needed throughout the day.

Responsibilities
Perform production, service, and repair welding, build prototypes, and carry out fitter welding. Fabricate custom prototypes from drawings, create jigs and fixtures, and produce metal structures and parts to customer specifications in a fast-paced production environment.
Requirements
A valid Journeyman Welder Certificate is required; commercial transport and B620 repair experience is preferred, or the candidate must be willing to obtain B620 certification. A Class 1 driver's license is an asset, and the role also requires strong communication, interpersonal, safety, and attention-to-detail skills, along with the ability to lift 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks.
