Experience prerequisites:

• 1st year Apprentice - No work experience required. Trades Discovery, Trades Foundations courses considered an asset but not required
• 2nd year Apprentice: 2-3 years of general construction and/or plumbing experience. Successful completion of 1st year plumbing technical training.
• 3rd year Apprentice: 3-4 years of general construction and/or plumbing experience. Successful completion of 2nd year plumbing technical training.
• 4th year Apprentice: 4-5 years of general construction and/or plumbing experience. Successful completion of 3rd year plumbing technical training.
  
  

Compensation and Benefits:

We are proud to offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package with an hourly wage

• $27.00 per hour for 1st year apprentice
• $29.50 - $32.00 per hour for 2nd year apprentice
• $35.50 - $38.00 per hour for 3rd year apprentice
• $40.50 - $43.00 per hour for 4th year apprentices
• All of our employees work directly for True Mechanical – we promote from within and encourage future career progress.
• True offers 8 pay levels throughout your apprenticeship and 8 levels of career progression beyond Journeyperson with defined and transparent remuneration.
• True provides employer-paid RRSP contributions for every hour worked. This is your money, and we provide the best pathway to invest it.
• We will pay for your schooling on successful completion
