*Note* the ideal candidate is someone who sees this as a partnership opportunity. Someone who is open and willing to build on the side. A budget will be given for marketing and pay will be based off performance.

The True North Collective is a community/platform that helps newcomers settle and live a successful life in Canada.

We have secured partnerships with banks, telcos and other product / service providers and it is time to scale our memberships.

Let's start with WHY

There are so many newcomer-focused publications, why start another one?

Most of the exiting ones are biased: owned by a lawyer/consultant with an agenda, or have limited/exclusive partnerships.

What we are doing differently:

• Our content is unbiased and trusted
• Each member gets access to a legal hotline to help them with any personal or business issues they may face while in Canada
• We do not charge for sign ups or referrals and therefore we will have the most partnerships and the best deals
• We ask our partners to offer our users an exclusive deal or welcome offer in lieu of a referral fee
• We feature live events and giveaways

Qualifications:

• Must be a newcomer
• Experience producing content and marketing on social media, Google, Reddit etc
• Analytical and understands how to optimize for conversions
• Experience writing a newsletter is a plus
