You will collaborate with engineering, operations, product, and business stakeholders to translate capacity demands into actionable plans, manage technical execution, prioritize workstreams, and ensure timely delivery of key business outcomes.
This is a hands-on delivery role that requires a combination of technical understanding, business judgment, structured execution, analytical thinking, and exceptional stakeholder communication.
The successful candidate will be comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing multiple priorities, and independently driving results in a highly collaborative enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Capacity Planning & Demand Management
- Support development and ongoing management of cloud infrastructure demand plans, resource forecasts, and capacity planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand demand drivers, growth projections, infrastructure constraints, and operational priorities.
- Support demand intake, triage, prioritization, and execution tracking.
- Identify opportunities to improve resource utilization, planning efficiency, and operational performance.
2. Technical Program & Agile Delivery Management
- Own and coordinate the execution of assigned technical programs, product initiatives, and workstreams.
- Translate business objectives into detailed requirements, user stories, delivery plans, and actionable engineering backlogs.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and work-item prioritization.
- Track dependencies, milestones, risks, blockers, and critical action items.
- Coordinate release activities, change requests, production issue resolution, and bug-fix prioritization.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.
3. Product Planning & Execution
- Contribute to strategic roadmaps for capacity planning and resource optimization capabilities.
- Define product requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria in partnership with business and engineering stakeholders.
- Balance immediate operational priorities with medium- and longer-term modernization objectives.
- Support continuous improvement in planning processes, tools, and operational workflows.
4. Data Analytics & Operational Performance
- Analyze planning, demand, capacity, and operational data to generate actionable insights.
- Define, track, and communicate meaningful operational KPIs.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical summaries using Excel, Power BI, or other approved enterprise tools.
- Support ad hoc analytical requests and data-driven business decisions.
- Identify inefficiencies, process bottlenecks, and opportunities for measurable improvement.
5. Stakeholder & Executive Communication
- Work directly with senior business leaders, engineering teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Facilitate weekly status meetings and coordinate follow-up actions.
- Prepare concise executive-level status reports, business review presentations, and steering committee materials.
- Communicate program progress, delivery risks, critical dependencies, and escalation items.
- Drive alignment across teams with competing objectives and priorities.
6. Governance, Quality & Compliance
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including risk and issue registers, action-item trackers, dependency logs, status reports, and meeting summaries.
- Support timely, complete, and high-quality monthly deliverables.
- Follow enterprise information security, data privacy, confidentiality, and access-control requirements.
- Use only client-approved systems and tools for client-related work.
- Ensure appropriate engineering review and approvals before introducing or operationalizing technical solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably including at least 4 years in technical program management, technical product management, or related enterprise delivery roles.

- Experience developing executive reporting materials and communicating with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with geographically distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with Microsoft or another major cloud technology provider.
- Familiarity with Azure infrastructure, cloud capacity planning, infrastructure provisioning, or cloud supply chain operations.
