Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Mississauga, ON. This role involves managing inbound inquiries, preparing quotations, and following up with customers to support sales of power transmission products. The Inside Sales Representative will identify opportunities through lead generation activities, maintain and grow assigned accounts, and collaborate with outside sales and technical teams to meet customer requirements. Daily responsibilities include responding to phone and email requests, providing product information, processing orders, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues. The role also includes maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, supporting promotional campaigns, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to handle inquiries, develop opportunities, and support growth.
Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to respond effectively to customer needs and build long-term relationships.
Candidates should possess skills in Account Management to maintain, develop, and retain existing customer accounts.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical product information clearly.
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or power transmission products is an asset.
Proficiency with CRM systems and basic MS Office applications.
Ability to work on-site in Mississauga, ON, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Relevant post-secondary education in business, sales, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
