Since 2004, TTC Global has helped high-profile organizations improve the quality of the software they depend on. We are an independent quality engineering and software testing consultancy operating across Canada, the US, the UK, India, Australia and New Zealand. Our work covers test automation, performance engineering, AI-First Quality Engineering and quality transformation for complex enterprise estates, with deep specialization in SAP, Oracle, Salesforce and Workday.

Perks of working for TTC

Competitive salary
Comprehensive gold-level group benefits plan
Group RRSP with company match
Paid vacation and statutory holidays
Hybrid schedule
Training and certification opportunities
Work-life balance and a relaxed, collaborative work environment

Position summary

You will define and lead the test automation strategy for SAP and enterprise systems used by a federal government client. You will set the framework and standards, guide the automation team and advise client stakeholders on how automation supports delivery and risk reduction.

This position supports a Government of Canada engagement that TTC Global is pursuing with a consulting partner. This posting is for a future opportunity; start dates depend on the engagement being confirmed.

Responsibilities

Define the test automation strategy, architecture and roadmap for the engagement.
Design scalable automation frameworks, using Tricentis Tosca where possible, across SAP and integrated systems.
Set standards for reusable assets, test data management and environment readiness.
Lead and mentor automation engineers, and review their work for quality and maintainability.
Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines and test management tools.
Track automation coverage, value and risk, and report to client and partner leadership.
Make sure automation work meets the client's security and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

At least [8] years of experience in test automation, including [3] years in an architect or lead role.
Deep hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca is strongly preferred; advanced Tosca certification is an asset.
Experience automating tests for SAP landscapes (for example S/4HANA, ECC or SAP Fiori) is strongly preferred.
Experience designing automation frameworks and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
Strong communication skills and experience advising senior stakeholders.
Experience delivering projects for Government of Canada departments or agencies.
Must hold a valid Government of Canada security clearance (any level).
Strong written and spoken English. French is an asset.
Legally entitled to work in Canada.
Live within commuting distance of Ottawa and able to work on site at client locations as required.

Schedule and location

Monday to Friday, aligned to Ottawa business hours (Eastern Time). Hybrid, with on site work at client locations in Ottawa as required.

Employment type: open to full time or contract.

TTC Global does not use artificial intelligence to screen, assess or select applicants for this position.

If your experience or qualifications are similar to our ideal of a successful candidate, please consider applying. Experience comes in many ways; skills may be transferred, but passion for your career can't be substituted. At TTC, we understand the importance of diversity and how much value it brings to the table. Diversity brings about creativity and new perspectives, which is why we encourage everyone to apply. Accommodations are available at every stage of the hiring process; just let us know what you need.
