Position Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to fill the role of Customer Experience Representative. The Customer Experience Representative will be responsible for delivering best-in-class service to all our customers both internally and externally. A successful candidate will have intellectual curiosity, organization, enthusiasm, a team-player mentality, and a drive to win.

What You Will Do

Perform accurate on-time order entry with 24 hours turnaround time
Own your order. Make sure it is precise in terms of products and prices.
Inform customers by e-mail of order information, such as order number, unit prices, inventory level, shipping dates, and any anticipated delays.
Support Customer Service E-Mail and phones with order inquiries (ETA/tracking), price and availability, basic product information
Collaborate on cross functional tasks whenever required

What You Will Bring

Proficiency in written and oral French and English
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role
Undergraduate degree or college diploma
Good working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with Genesys, Cloud and Oracle is an asset

Description du Poste

Nous recherchons une personne enthousiaste et expérimentée pour occuper le poste de chargé(e) de l'expérience client. Le/la chargé(e) de l'expérience client sera chargé(e) d'offrir un service d'excellence à tous nos clients, tant en interne qu'en externe. Le/la candidat(e) retenu(e) fera preuve de curiosité intellectuelle, d'un sens de l'organisation, d'enthousiasme, d'un esprit d'équipe et d'une volonté de réussir.

Vos Missions

Assurer le suivi des commandes et établir des relations solides avec nos clients et notre équipe commerciale
Saisir les commandes avec précision et dans les délais, en respectant un délai d'exécution de 24 heures
Assumer la responsabilité de votre commande. Vérifier qu'elle est exacte en termes de produits et de prix.
Informer les clients par e-mail des détails de leur commande, tels que le numéro de commande, les prix unitaires, le niveau des stocks, les dates d'expédition et tout retard prévu.
Assister le service client par e-mail et par téléphone pour les demandes relatives aux commandes (délai de livraison/suivi), aux prix et à la disponibilité, ainsi qu'aux informations de base sur les produits
Collaborer à des tâches transversales chaque fois que cela est nécessaire

Ce que vous apportez

Aptitude à communiquer en Français et en Anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral
Au moins 1 an d'expérience dans un poste de service à la clientèle
Licence ou diplôme d'études supérieures
Bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office
