Based in Huntsville, ON, the Administrative Assistant will report to the Administration Manager and will have a wide range of duties supporting the office and its various projects. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant that would be involved with several aspects of administrative and clerical support. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional service to many clients. This is a new position and the salary range is $52,000- $58,000 annually.

What You’ll Do:
As part of the TULLOCH team, you will:

Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, and copying
Organize office-related events such as Board Room setup, Christmas party, and maintenance service schedule
Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and respond to electronic inquiries
Draft, edit, and proofread memos, letters, emails, reports, and other documents as required
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
Schedule and co-ordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Participate in proposal meetings to coordinate the inclusion of information from various disciplines
Assist with editing and maintaining project-related documents in our corporate templates
Assist with managing, monitoring, and maintaining the proposal database, files, and systems
Keep accurate records on proposals in progress
Run company errands as needed and perform all other related duties as assigned

What You Should Bring:
The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary education in Office Administration or a related program. Additionally, you should have:

3-5 years of demonstrated experience in a related role (considered an asset)
Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
High motivation with results-oriented focus
Superior organizational and multi-tasking skills
Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Unwavering commitment to health and safety in the workplace
Valid Class G driver’s licence
