Change Management Lead , Enterprise Change Management
This is a temporary contract position for an existing vacancy, initially for approximately six months.
Position Summary
The Enterprise Change Management team is looking for an experienced change professional to support complex transformation projects and enterprise change initiatives. The role combines hands-on organizational change management, business and data analysis, stakeholder engagement, compelling storytelling, and executive reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver change management activities across complex projects, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, readiness, adoption, and post-go-live support.
- Support the integrated transformation dashboard by working with project managers and business teams to collect and analyze information, identify overlapping impacts and capacity pressures, and translate findings into clear executive insights.
- Help execute the ECM Operating Model, including the one-door approach with Digital and Technology Services, common change standards, intake processes, templates, roles, and governance.
- Develop compelling transformation stories and materials, including executive presentations, employee communications, briefing notes, talking points, and job aids. Simplify complex information into clear messages for leaders, frontline teams, and end users.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions and working sessions to understand business processes, role impacts, system changes, dependencies, and readiness needs.
- Maintain organized ECM information by managing Teams and SharePoint folders, templates, trackers, working files, version control, and supporting documentation.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong organizational change management experience, ideally supporting large, complex transformations across people, process, technology, and data.
- Strong business analysis and data analysis skills, with the ability to collect, validate, synthesize, and present information from multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to turn complex or fragmented information into compelling executive narratives and practical end-user communications.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and relationship-management skills, with experience working with business leaders, frontline teams, project managers, and subject-matter experts.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and document-management skills.
- Prosci certification and experience with SAP, utilities, frontline transformations, or enterprise reporting are considered assets.

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality change support across priority projects, strengthen the integrated dashboard and ECM Operating Model, and create clear, compelling materials that help leaders and employees understand and adopt change. The candidate will also improve the organization, consistency, and accessibility of ECM information and working materials.
