IAM & Backup Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior IAM & Backup Analyst to support the implementation, configuration, migration, and maintenance of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and IT backup solutions within a telecommunications environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with installing, configuring, and migrating identity and security solutions, including Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), CyberArk, and ManageEngine.

• Monitor and maintain backup tools, review backup job status, troubleshoot failures, and support data recovery activities.

• Assist with user access management, permissions, and identity security processes.

• Work with senior analysts and cross-functional IT teams to resolve technical issues and maintain reliable systems.

• Document procedures, track incidents, and support ongoing improvements to backup and identity management processes.

Required Qualifications

• Degree, diploma, or relevant coursework in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.

• 1–5 years of relevant experience, including co-op or internship experience.

• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, identity management, backup solutions, and troubleshooting.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to work.
