NetReveal Developer

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a NetReveal Developer / Configurator to join an Agile technology team responsible for enhancing and expanding a fraud case management platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize the NetReveal platform to support business and application requirements.
• Enhance existing NetReveal functionality where standard product capabilities do not meet requirements.
• Modify existing Java code to provide custom functionality within the platform.
• Develop scripts and integration components connecting NetReveal with other enterprise systems.
• Build and support integrations using APIs and Kafka, including real-time data flows.
• Work with data payloads and messaging associated with system integrations.
• Support the continued enhancement of the platform as additional users and capabilities are onboarded.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration, customization, and integration-related issues.
• Work collaboratively with developers, QA, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and other members of the Agile pod.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the NetReveal-based fraud case management application.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with NetReveal development, configuration, and customization.
• Demonstrated experience customizing a vendor product rather than working exclusively with out-of-the-box functionality.
• Experience with Java, specifically modifying or extending existing code to customize a vendor application.
• Experience with API-based integrations.
• Experience with Kafka, particularly in environments involving real-time data.
• Experience working with data payloads and enterprise application integrations.
• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with fraud case management.
• Previous experience with Detica or legacy terminology/product versions associated with NetReveal.
• Experience within the banking or financial services industry.
• Experience integrating NetReveal with other enterprise banking systems.
• Previous experience supporting NetReveal within a large financial institution, including organizations
