📢 A Leading Manufacturing Company is Hiring a Sales Support Specialist I to join its team in Markham, Ontario, Canada!
🔎 What we’re looking for:
✅ 3+ years of experience in customer service or sales support
✅ Strong experience with Order Entry, Salesforce, and SAP (SAP experience is essential!)
✅ Experience managing customer accounts, processing orders, preparing quotes, and resolving customer inquiries
✅ Proficiency in MS Office, with strong organizational and time management skills
✅ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills
💡 Nice to Have: Sales support or field experience, manufacturing or supply chain knowledge, strong analytical skills, and French language proficiency.
🎓 Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma from an accredited university or college.
💵 Pay Rate: $20.00–$22.79/hr. (T4)
📍 Location: Markham, Ontario, Canada
⏳ Duration: Approximately 12 Months
