Consolidate all project documentation to maintain accurate and up-to-date project databases.
Administer digital file transfers and submissions for project deliverables and facilitate printing and delivery when required.
Proactively rethink workflow processes, standards, and procedures by leveraging your knowledge and experience.

What you will bring:

2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator, regardless of background.
A high degree of curiosity, enthusiasm, and confidence, enabling effective collaboration, communication, and driving change.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for technology and an eagerness to leverage tech skills for continued growth.
Advanced proficiency in MS Suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Autodesk 360 / ACC experiences are an asset.
