  • Oversee source control, testing, release management, and CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps.
  • Lead the development of prototypes and proof-of-concepts to evaluate technical feasibility and validate proposed solutions.
  • Ensure software solutions are reliable, scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with studio requirements.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and workflow optimization.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Software Developers through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.

What You Will Bring:

  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of Software Development experience.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Strong experience with C# and .NET application development.
  • Experience developing modern web applications using React.
  • Strong knowledge of MySQL and relational database design.
  • Experience designing and developing REST APIs and system integrations.
  • Experience with Git-based source control and development workflows.
  • Experience building and maintaining Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience deploying and supporting applications on Linux-based infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and secure development practices.
  • Experiences with Docker and containerized deployments, as well as implementing AI, machine learning, or data-driven solutions are an asset.
