Who are you?

You are an experienced Document Controller with 5+ years of post-graduate experience looking for the next step or are currently undertaking a similar role in a similar environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensures that document management aligns to policy and procedures for the organization and meets contractual obligations.
Maintains accurate records and ensures the consistent application of document control processes across the program.
Manages effective communication of outputs to all stakeholders.
Supports the submittals process and other relevant contract processes.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience with document management and control.
Exposure to document management workflows and systems (preferably Autodesk Construction Cloud)
Completion of a diploma in a related discipline or equivalent
Strong written and verbal communication skills and confident interacting with a variety of program stakeholders
Experience with SharePoint
Ability to function in a high demand environment
Ability to prioritize and manage workload
Available to work 5 days in office at client site
Strong microsoft skills in Word and Excel

The base salary range for this full-time role is $95,000 - $145,000 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
