  • Consolidate, validate and report on engagement and communications activity and requirements.
  • Lead comment resolution on governance documents through to approval.

Engagement planning

  • Turn data into clear charts, dashboards and executive-ready slides.

Advisory and issue management

  • Identify gaps in engagement visibility, planning or accountability and recommend fixes to senior leadership.
  • Support program assurance reviews and readiness assessments.
  • Act as the point of contact between delivery teams, client business units and Relationship Owners.

Teamwork

  • Work closely with project controls, risk, permitting and communications teams so stakeholder requirements are reflected in schedules, risk registers and approvals.
  • Work alongside the stakeholder management and wider PMO teams, supporting general activities as needed.
  • Build effective relationships with client staff at all levels, from coordinators to executive sponsors.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in project management, PMO, consulting or stakeholder engagement, including 5+ years in a senior role, on major infrastructure, aviation, transportation, utility or public-sector capital programs.
