Collect competitive literature and promotional materials with customer consent, maintaining
awareness of market dynamics.
Relay information on competitive market activities to the sales team, customer service, and
management, fostering a responsive strategy.
Document sales visits, outcomes, and follow-up actions in Salesforce or any designated CRM,
ensuring accuracy and relevance of contact information.
Ensure timely follow-ups with customers and internal teams to address issues or leverage
sales opportunities, demonstrating proactive engagement.
Exercise prudent judgment in entertainment and expense management, upholding fiscal
responsibility.
REQUIREMENTS:
A college degree or at least 5-8 years of sales experience in the industrial equipment industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Products, with essential computer skills.
Must be capable of making public presentations and have excellent interpersonal and
communication abilities.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
