This role involves developing a dynamic exhibit presentation for the launch of a patented electronic controller for in-floor pool cleaning systems at a major Pool/Spa trade show in Orlando, February 2027. The goal is to create an engaging visual experience that captures attention in a busy trade show environment and clearly communicates the product’s unique sequencing of water flow through hidden valves, plumbing, and cleaning zones. The presentation should blend animation, 3D visualization, motion graphics, product imagery, video, sound, and narration to quickly and intuitively explain the controller’s function and advantages. Additionally, you will help establish a distinct brand personality for the product, potentially including the creation of an original technician/inventor-style mascot that embodies advanced technology and supports pool professionals.

Deliverables

  • Develop a creative concept and production approach for the exhibit presentation
  • Produce a visually compelling animation or motion graphics sequence demonstrating the controller’s operation and benefits
  • Integrate 3D visualization, product imagery, and sound/narration as needed for maximum impact
  • Design and propose an original mascot character that aligns with the brand’s values and target audience
  • Outline required source materials, production team or specialist needs, and a detailed schedule to meet the February 2027 event deadline
  • Provide examples of relevant product-demo, technical-animation, or trade-show work

Requirements

  • Proven experience in animation, 3D visualization, and motion graphics for product demonstrations or trade show presentations
  • Strong creative and conceptual skills, with the ability to translate technical information into engaging visual content
  • Proficiency with industry-standard animation and design software (e.g., After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Experience developing original character/mascot designs for branding purposes
  • Ability to collaborate with clients and production specialists to deliver high-quality results on schedule
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Availability to meet project milestones and final delivery ahead of the February 2027 trade show
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant work in technical animation, product demos, or trade show exhibits
