You will take ownership of complex technical challenges, driving solutions from conception through to production delivery. The role requires a strong focus on designing, optimizing, and operating data-intensive workloads, ensuring high reliability and performance at scale. You will collaborate closely with engineering peers to maintain code quality, implement best practices, and provide architectural guidance within a fast-paced AdTech environment.

Design, optimize, and operate ETL pipelines and data-heavy workloads using ClickHouse, MongoDB, Redis, and queue-based processing (BullMQ)
Ensure reliable CI/CD, background job processing, real-time data delivery, and high-performance analytical queries
Uphold engineering quality through comprehensive testing (unit, integration, snapshot, screenshot, end-to-end)
Conduct code reviews and provide architectural input to guide technical decisions
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system reliability and scalability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions for advertising data processing

Skills And Requirements
