Join a dynamic project focused on building and shipping features across a robust TypeScript monorepo, encompassing React front ends, Node.js services, and ETL pipelines for ingesting and processing advertising data. You will take ownership of complex technical challenges, driving solutions from conception through to production delivery. The role requires a strong focus on designing, optimizing, and operating data-intensive workloads, ensuring high reliability and performance at scale. You will collaborate closely with engineering peers to maintain code quality, implement best practices, and provide architectural guidance within a fast-paced AdTech environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable features across React front ends and Node.js backend services within a TypeScript monorepo
- Design, optimize, and operate ETL pipelines and data-heavy workloads using ClickHouse, MongoDB, Redis, and queue-based processing (BullMQ)
- Ensure reliable CI/CD, background job processing, real-time data delivery, and high-performance analytical queries
- Uphold engineering quality through comprehensive testing (unit, integration, snapshot, screenshot, end-to-end)
- Conduct code reviews and provide architectural input to guide technical decisions
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system reliability and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions for advertising data processing
Skills And Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React
- Strong experience with SQL/OLAP databases and analytical query optimization
- Hands-on expertise with ClickHouse, MongoDB, Redis, and queue-based processing (BullMQ or similar)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in AdTech, PostgreSQL, edge runtimes, Go, production ML, or agentic development tooling is a plus
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex technical problems
- Availability for a full-time contract position
